Delivery Rates

To ensure price for delivery is correct you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address.  

Checkout has all the delivery options currently available including deliveries in Auckland , North Island and South Island . Please allow up to 5 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 1-3 working days with public holidays and weekends this can take longer depending on the shipping option and payment option you chose. We strive to complete orders received before 2pm so they make the 3pm courier, any orders placed after that will be on the next earliest morning courier. All orders sent Friday should arrive Monday. (So if you order Thursday night, it won't arrive until Monday.) 

Rates may change at any time and we reserve the right to update these prices at any time.

P.O. Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.

3-4 Day Standard Delivery is $5 New Zealand wide  

Delivery $10 Overnight Auckland                                       

Delivery $15 Overnight North Island

Delivery $20 Overnight South Island 

Rural Deliveries in New Zealand $10

Rural Deliveries in New Zealand

These will more then likely take longer to deliver, please don't use overnight options as this may not happen due to an extra courier needed to get the package to your door. 

 

Pre-Order Deliveries

For customers that make Pre-orders on products. Through the online payment service Payment Express they will hold the credit card details securely until the product that has been pre ordered has arrived in store. Once these products arrive in store we will complete the purchase and despatch the products. Funds are not deducted from the credit card until product has arrived in store.

 

International Delivery

If you require products delivered internationally please contact us with your location so we can give you a close estimate before you order. Prices will vary depending on the weight of your products and your locality.
We provide both registered and non-registered post options for some countries. Once an item has been sent out of our store via standard post we do not take responsibility for the item and its delivery. If an item has been shipped via registered mail the courier company will provide full tracking details of your package.
