This Ankle brace features adjustable butterfly-shaped criss-cross ankle strap that increases foot plantar flexion to shorten the Achilles tendon, relieve pain and help with other Achilles tendon injury. The criss-cross strap provides intermittent compression, like a massage, to effectively reduce edema, release spasm and speed up the recovery process. Ankle Support Washing Instruction

• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly.
